Wedding Package Information 

-Access to the farm starting from Thursday afternoon to Sunday by noon. This includes access to the farm for your rehearsal dinner Friday night. 

-We have a restored silo used as our bridal suite. It has a queen bed upstairs, a full bathroom with professional lighting for makeup, and it has a full kitchen and living room. Two overnight accommodations are included. The night before the wedding for the bride/bridesmaids and the night of the wedding for the bride/groom. Our silo is so unique and one of a kind!

 

-We also offer a beautiful covered Chapel to hold your ceremony under that seats around 200-250 guests. We have beautiful landscaping around the Chapel, brick floors, several hanging chandeliers, and a beautiful pond backdrop. We also offer a closed in barn with a beautiful portico entrance used as the dance floor, and an open air reception building with more beautiful brick floors.

-Our reception building has a men's and women's bathroom that has two stalls and each are handicap accessible. 

-Our barn includes a grooms room for the groom/groomsmen to get dressed in, along with a bathroom. There is also a full kitchen in the barn for all of your catering needs. 

-For ceremony seating we have benches that seat around 200 guests and for reception seating we have 3 farmhouse tables that seat around 40 guests. We also have 8 high top tables. Our venue comfortable fits around 250 guests.  

-Our brides are welcomed to have their engagement pictures and bridal portraits taken on our property.

-We also have a room where we store all of our decorations for brides to choose from that are included. There are many different sized lanterns, chalkboard easels, drink dispensers, shepherds hooks, glass jars, decorative signs, and so much more. We have 4 wooden spools and 4 whiskey barrels that are also included. 

-Cleanup after your wedding weekend is not included in our package. However, we do offer an optional addition to your wedding weekend package that does include all cleanup from your wedding weekend. All cleanup would be taken care of directly from Oak Hill Farm staff. If you choose to book with us and are interested in this add-on, please let us know. 

-If you choose to book with us, we provide an excellent list of recommended vendors. We have worked hard to compile this list of great vendors that know our venue and work with us often. You are not required to choose these vendors, but we highly recommend them. This list is shared with you immediately when you book with us, making your wedding planning less stressful.

 

Items we rent out to brides who book with us:

  • Round white tablecloths: $5 each

  • White rectangular tablecloths: $5 each

  • 250 mason jars: .50 cents each

  • 250 gold chargers: .50 cents each

Availability: We are FULLY BOOKED for 2023!!! We are no longer doing tours for 2023. Now accepting 2024 wedding tours and bookings.
